Deceleration Training for Hunter's

Have you ever had knee pain when hiking downhill?

If so, you're not alone. In fact, knee pain when going downhill is one of the most common problem that hunters face.

We spend so much time in our training program improving our ability to generate force, but we often neglect learning how to ABSORB force.

Thankfully, you're not doomed to live with knee pain for the rest of your life.

The following video will teach you how to incorporate deceleration training into your fitness program. This will get you started in the right direction toward eliminating that nagging knee pain and prepare you to hike out of the mountain with a pack full of meat!

Do one of the deceleration progressions 2-3x per week after a dynamic warm-up and before you hit the weights.
